HOW DO I EXPRESS INTEREST IN SUPPORTING THE HOA OR RUNNING FOR A BOARD POSITION?

Answer: There are many ways you can support the WFE HOA.  Some key ways each resident can support the HOA is by:

  • being an active member and participating in events and meetings

  • be in good standing financially with the board by paying annual dues timely, and

  • being informed and doing your part to adhere to the restrictions and covenants of the WFE community.

Should you want to take on a leadership position in the WFE HOA, please submit a short bio expressing your interest and qualifications to WaterfrontPresident@yahoo.com prior to the annual HOA meeting each May.

Special Note: The WFE HOA Board of Director (BOD) terms are annual and are to be voted on each year at the WFE HOA annual meeting, so it's important to express your interest prior to board elections and to understand the number of open board positions in your filing. The BOD is managed by six (6) members consisting of three lot owners from the first filing and three lot owners from the second and third filing combined. The six BOD members elect annually a President, Secretary, and Treasurer from within itself and they shall serve in those positions until the next board has been duly elected or a member tenders their resignation.
